Need:
Monument Roofing of Colorado, A Tecta America Company, LLC - Colorado Springs, CO Central States Roofing - Colorado Spring, CO Position Overview Work outdoors on various sloped and flat commercial roofs installing and maintaining architectural sheet metal systems.
Tasks include:
Installing cap flashing, wall panels, metal siding, ACM panels, SSMR, soffits , and other sheet metal components. Performing re-roofs, repairs, and new installations on commercial buildings. Reading and working from blueprints and specifications. Using hand tools, power tools (provided by contractor), and metal fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements Experience:
5+ years of sheet metal Roofing experience preferred. Journeyman's Card holders start at $33.05/hr + benefits . Without a card, candidates will complete a Preliminary Evaluation to determine pay rate.
Certifications:
OSHA 10 card required.
Background:
Clean record preferred (for military base and/or prison projects).
Physical:
Comfortable working at heights with fall protection, able to lift 50+ lbs, and stand for extended periods.
Tools:
Must provide your own hand tools; power tools supplied by contractor. Foreman Responsibilities Lead crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety compliance. Assign daily tasks, track progress, and coordinate with site supervisors. Train and mentor apprentices and less-experienced workers. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job progress. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and company policies. Apprenticeship Opportunity No prior sheet metal experience?
