Flynn is hiring Commercial Roofing Journeymen and Laborers for projects in the Colorado Springs area. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and replacing commercial flat roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen while following safety requirements and delivering quality workmanship on commercial projects. What We Offer Competitive wages $25-$30 Comprehensive benefits - health, dental, and vision Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance 401k w/ company match Opportunities for career advancement Mobile apps and training programs available to help you further your skills What We Are Seeking Journeymen Roofers Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on commercial roofing experience Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, modified bitumen, or similar roofing systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Experience working safely at heights and operating roofing tools and equipment Roofing Laborers 1+ year of commercial or flat roofing experience preferred Experience assisting with commercial roofing installations and repairs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn All Candidates Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
