Job Description
Overview Innovative Renovations is hiring a Field Installer to work on custom steel railing and stair projects. We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of installation experience who takes pride in careful, quality work. Responsibilities Install steel railings and stairs at residential and commercial job sites Read measurements and project details before installation Work with the field team to complete installations safely and accurately Keep tools and job sites organized and communicate project updates to the team Experience 2-5 years of field installation experience Experience installing steel railings, stairs, or similar metalwork Ability to read measurements and use installation tools accurately Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at job sites
