Denver, CO About the Role This is not a standard roofing position. We are hiring a Field Quality Control Lead to ensure every project meets our standards before the customer experiences the result. What You'll Be Responsible For Inspect active and completed roofing projects (shingle, metal, flat systems) Identify installation issues before they become callbacks Create and manage punch lists Verify Key Details in the field (flashing, drainage, penetrations, transitions) Document issues clearly (photos, notes, communication with team) Work with crews to correct problems and improve execution Perform minor repairs and service work as needed Ensure jobs are truly complete before sign-off What Success Looks Like Every project is inspected before completion Issues are caught early, not by the customer Punch lists are clear, tracked, and closed Fewer callbacks and cleaner handoffs Crews improve because of your feedback

What We're Looking For Must Have:

5+ years roofing experience (multiple systems preferred) Experience in repairs, service, or inspections Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently without constant supervision Pride in clean, correct work Ability to communicate clearly with crews and management

Strongly Preferred:

Service tech or repair background Experience identifying and fixing installation issues Metal roofing experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) What This Role Is NOT Not a crew labor position Not just installing roofs all day Not a "helper" role This is an ownership role responsible for protecting quality in the field.
