$22.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience) About the
Role:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Commercial Roofing Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing and repairing commercial roofing systems and be committed to delivering high-quality work in a safe, efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair various commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR Assist in leak repairs Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols Work with team members to complete jobs on time and to quality standards Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in commercial roofing (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate) Familiarity with single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC) Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50-80 lbs regularly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred) OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
