In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs and roofing systems on commercial buildings. Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, decking, or applying insulation as needed. Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently on active construction sites. Assist in the fabrication and handling of roofing materials such as metal sheets, shingles, or membrane systems. Maintain cleanliness of job sites, warehouse, company vehicles, and equipment. Qualifications Must be able to pass a customer background check and drug screen. Must have a valid driver's license Must be able provide Birth Certificate and Social Security Card Proven experience in roofing installation and repair within a commercial construction environment. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required for roofing projects. Familiarity with related trades such as carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, or painting is a plus. Ability to perform precise measurements and detailed work. Must be able to perform work duties at various heights and weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing Prior experience working on construction sites with safety protocols and OSHA standards adherence. Experience with EPDM roofs, TPO roofs, Shingle roofs, or Modified roofs.

From $19.00 per hour
