Job Description
Gutter Installer / Gutter Cleaning Technician We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Gutter Installer to join our team. This position is primarily focused on gutter installation, with additional responsibilities including gutter cleaning and maintenance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, on ladders and at heights, and is willing to learn and work as part of a team. Previous gutter, roofing, construction, or exterior home-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Install residential gutter systems, downspouts, hangers, and related components. Measure, cut, and properly position gutters to ensure correct slope and drainage. Safely operate ladders, hand tools, power tools, and gutter installation equipment. Remove old or damaged gutters as needed before installation. Perform gutter cleaning and maintenance services when scheduled. Remove leaves, debris, and buildup from gutters and downspouts. Inspect gutters and downspouts for damage, leaks, or drainage issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area and job site. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow company safety procedures and proper ladder and equipment practices. Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Qualifications Gutter installation, roofing, construction, or exterior home-service experience is preferred. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Comfortable working on ladders and at various heights. Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions. Able to lift and carry materials and equipment. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard. Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license is preferred. What We're Looking For We want someone who is dependable, motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. The majority of the position will involve gutter installation, with gutter cleaning and maintenance as additional duties. Someone with construction or hands-on experience who wants to develop their skills in the gutter industry would be a great fit.
