Responsibilities Assist with general construction duties including material handling, site cleanup, and preparation of work areas Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks Operate hand tools and power tools safely to aid in framing, drywall installation, concrete finishing, and other construction activities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements Help with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, formwork, and other temporary structures Support the installation of doors, windows, flooring, tiles, cabinetry, and other fixtures as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on-site Qualifications Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction settings Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures Ability to operate heavy equipment or assist with equipment operation is a plus Experience with specific trades such as masonry, roofing, framing, or drywall installation is advantageous Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as core qualities Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction!
