Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish Coordinate with the Supervisor on schedule and scope Ensure that all contractors are meeting their deadlines and scope Inspect, inspect, inspect, and make corrections as needed Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player with other team members Work with Project Managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, co-workers, and management Maintain a clean work environment Other duties as assigned by manager
Skills:
Strong leadership qualities Ability to multitask and stay organized Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Knowledge of construction estimating software a plus Must know how to install both PVC ang TPO membrane roofing system.
