Roofers/Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Roofer/Laborer to join our team. As a Commercial Roofer/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. You will work closely with our roofing team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of various commercial roofing systems including single-ply, built-up, and metal roofs. Perform basic roofing tasks such as measuring, cutting, and fitting materials. Assist with the repair and replacement of damaged or worn roofing components. Follow safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times. Support and abide by the values of the company Other duties as assigned Previous experience in commercial roofing or construction preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working at heights. Basic knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and equipment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. OSHA certification is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent
