Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Waterproofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks, including masonry, flooring installation, and concrete forming. As a Waterproofer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that structures are protected from water damage through effective waterproofing techniques. This position requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of construction processes. Responsibilities Apply waterproofing materials to various surfaces to prevent water intrusion. Attention to details before applying waterproofing solutions. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and masons, to ensure comprehensive protection of structures. Restore and repair existing waterproofing systems as needed. Perform tasks related to construction painting and plastering as part of the waterproofing process. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the construction site. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site. Skills Proficiency in caulking, waterproofing materials and other materials elated to waterproofing systems is a plus. Climbing and use of scaffolding equipment. Familiarity with concrete forming processes and techniques. Knowledge of waterproof environments. Ability to build effective relationships with team members and clients.
