• High-End Residential Roofing We are a roofing company specializing in high-end residential projects seeking an experienced Waterproofing Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Install and apply waterproofing systems on roofs, balconies, planters, and other building envelope areas Work with liquid-applied and sheet-applied waterproofing systems Prepare surfaces, detail transitions, and ensure proper adhesion and sealing Identify and repair leaks and waterproofing failures Follow manufacturer specifications and project drawings

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of waterproofing experience Experience with high-end residential or commercial projects preferred Familiarity with systems such as Tremco and Sika waterproofing products strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team

Language:

Spanish and English a plus
