Duties Perform residential window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, and specialized safe window cleaning equipment Safely operate ladders Clean storefront windows, interior glass surfaces, and outdoor windows with precision and attention to detail Utilize cleaning equipment such as specialized tools while adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Conduct outdoor work efficiently across different weather conditions while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Apply janitorial and custodial skills for comprehensive cleaning tasks that enhance the appearance of clients' properties Communicate professionally with customers to understand their needs, provide updates during service, and ensure complete satisfaction Qualifications Experience in residential window cleaning or related fields such as commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on quality and safety standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Prior experience with traditional squeegee window cleaning methods is advantageous Embark on a career that combines physical activity with the satisfaction of transforming homes!
