Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and roofing materials Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety barriers to ensure a secure work environment Carry heavy materials such as shingles, plywood, metal sheets, and other roofing components safely across the site Support the measurement and layout process by reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Perform general construction tasks including framing, caulking, trim carpentry, and handling miscellaneous restoration or remodeling activities Maintain a clean and organized work area by disposing of debris and ensuring all tools are properly stored after use Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment for all team members Requirements Prior experience in construction or roofing is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction techniques Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, or construction estimating is advantageous Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic understanding of construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills such as metal stud framing, tile laying, masonry, or welding Join us if you're ready to build your future in construction!
