Job Overview Four A Constructs is seeking experienced Roofing Shinglers to join our team. We are looking for motivated individuals with experience installing asphalt shingles who are committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Install asphalt shingles according to company standards. Measure, cut, and install roofing materials accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely. Maintain quality and productivity throughout the workday. Read tape measures and follow work instructions. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience installing asphalt shingles or working in residential roofing. Experience in construction or manufactured housing is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 6:00 AM until production is completed Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Pay:

$19.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience. Weekly pay.
