Commercial Roofing Tear-Off & Deck Repair Crew Needed (15+ Workers) Sarasota Property Restoration LLC Lake Worth, FL Job Details Part-time | Contract $2,500 - $3,000 a week 19 hours ago Qualifications Residential construction Attention to detail Roofing Full Job Description We are a licensed Florida roofing contractor seeking experienced commercial roofing laborers to supplement our existing crews on a large multi-building reroof project. This opportunity is ideal for experienced roofing workers or labor crews who may be short on work and are looking for steady income on a large commercial project. Scope of Work Tear off existing modified bitumen roofing systems Remove roofing materials down to plywood deck Replace damaged plywood as needed Install hurricane straps and minor framing repairs as directed Prepare roof surfaces for a separate foam roofing installation crew Maintain safe and organized work areas Project Size Initial phase consists of approximately 26 buildings 100+ roofing squares per building Additional phases may follow for qualified crews Requirements Commercial flat roofing experience required Experience with roof tear-offs and deck repairs preferred Ability to work safely and productively in a team environment Reliable transportation and basic roofing tools Must be dependable and able to work consistently throughout the project Important This posting is intended for experienced roofing laborers and labor crews looking for work.
