This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience installing TPO roofing systems, who takes pride in quality workmanship and maintaining safety standards on every job. Responsibilities Install TPO roofing systems, ensuring seams are properly heat-welded, and membranes are secured for long-lasting performance Cut, fit, and seal TPO membranes according to manufacturer specifications Assist with job site setup, organization, and cleanup to maintain a safe work environment Operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment, including welders and rollers Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA standards Work efficiently with team members to complete projects on schedule Report any job site issues or material needs to supervisors Requirements Strong understanding of roofing safety practices and OSHA standards Ability to read measurements and follow installation guidelines Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to assist with loading, unloading, and handling materials Schedule & Pay Full-time | 40 hours per week Monday - Friday Pay range: Based on experience / there will be a phone interview and an on-site interview.
