Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced roofer to join our dynamic construction team. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial projects. Duties Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, and insulation to facilitate efficient work progress Use construction estimating techniques to assess project scope and material needs accurately Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met Collaborate with team members on framing, trim carpentry, caulking, and other related tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing or related construction fields Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety procedures Knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods Experience with construction estimating, fabrication, metal stud framing, welding, tile laying Familiarity with construction site experience including heavy lifting and working at heights Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining safety standards Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project!
