Based on Experience We are a framing contractor working in The Villages and are looking for a self-motivated, dependable individual who takes pride in their work and doesn't need constant supervision. This is not a position for someone who needs to be babysat. We are looking for someone with hunger, drive, and a strong work ethic. If you're dependable, organized, and willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

Employees must be willing to use Google's business platform on their personal phone. A company email address will be provided. After successfully completing the probationary period, qualified employees will receive: Company vehicle Company iPad Company email account

Job Responsibilities:

Walk job sites daily and complete punch-out items as they arise Inspect homes during and after framing stages Communicate with The Villages supervisors, inspectors, subcontractors, and framing crews Pick up construction debris and maintain clean job sites as needed. Drive between multiple job sites throughout the day Maintain professional relationships with builders, inspectors, and trade partners

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of construction or framing experience Ability to read and understand blueprints Knowledge of framing materials and lumber Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal communication required daily with supervisors, subcontractors, and framing crews) Valid driver's license required Ability to work outdoors all day in Florida weather conditions Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per day Ability to lift 70+ pounds Comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and accessing two-story homes Willingness to work occasional weekends when necessary
