What You'll Do:

Apply decorative concrete coatings alongside a skilled crew Organize materials, prep workspaces, and maintain tools/equipment Tow and manage a 16' trailer on job sites Capture job photos during each installation stage Interact professionally with clients and keep sites clean and safe

Pay & Incentives:

Commission-based pay structure On-target earnings: $600-$1,300 per week Weekly pay

Schedule & Location:

Full-time day shifts: Monday to Friday Weekend work as needed Based in

Panama, FL Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable personal transportation Must pass a background check (no felonies) Presentable appearance and strong customer service skills Comfortable using tools and working in a physical labor environment
