Job Requirements:

• Background and experience in Residential/Commercial Construction
• Processing and completing data entry of each specific job
• Reviewing and Processing orders of each specific job
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Some QuickBooks functions including A/R and A/P
• Verifying contracts are accurate and complete
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment supporting our customers.
• Clear communication skills, both verbally and written
• Excellent follow up skills & work ethic
• Proficient in all MS office programs, typing and computer navigation skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation
