This energetic professional will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining EIFS and stucco systems on a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience. while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in facades, enhance building aesthetics, and contribute to durable, energy-efficient exteriors. Duties Install, repair, and finish EIFS and stucco systems according to project specifications and schematics. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise application of materials. Utilize tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot electrical components involved in facade systems. Conduct facilities maintenance tasks related to exterior wall systems, including sealing, patching, and surface preparation. Maintain detailed records of work performed using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking project progress and materials used. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of installation and maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience in EIFS/stucco installation, repair, or related facades work within manufacturing settings. Demonstrated welding skills with the ability to handle various materials safely and efficiently. Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance management is a plus.
