Key Qualifications:
Valid and active professional licensure as required by state regulations Hospital-based physical therapy experience strongly preferred Proficiency in developing functional and individualized treatment plans Commitment to ethics and compliance with professional codes of conduct Ability to effectively educate and mentor patients, families, colleagues, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and plan tailored therapy interventions Document thoroughly and accurately in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards Ensure all services are delivered under valid physician orders and insurance approvals Foster patient and employee safety by adhering to best practices in infection control, patient handling, and clinic protocols Participate in ongoing professional development, including student supervision and continuous learning opportunities Uphold all standards regarding attendance, punctuality, and personal presentation
