We are looking for an experienced, skilled and dedicated professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of commercial/residential roofing experience, strong attention to detail, motivation and a desire to move up the ladder! The Commercial Roofing Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial roofing systems under the direction of a Lead Technician or Foreman. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities include:

Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systems, including but not limited to TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofs Safely operate hand tools, roofing equipment, and machinery; f ollow all safety guidelines, including fall protection and PPE use Load and unload materials and tools; stage materials on roofs Remove old roofing systems and clean work areas, m aintain jobsite cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in commercial or residential roofing (preferred but not required) Familiarity with common roofing systems and tools Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Valid driver ' s license (preferred) Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and carry materials Climb ladders and scaffolding; work on steep slopes and elevated surfaces Stand, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA 10-hour certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Manufacturer training or certifications (GAF, Firestone, etc.)
