  • Part-time is seeking a compassionate, highly motivated, and clinically sophisticated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support Founder and Medical Director, Dr.
Jonathan Stegall, in delivering advanced integrative oncology care. This role is ideal for an experienced provider who values personalized medicine, evidence-based integrative oncology, and collaborative patient-centered care. The provider will work closely with Dr. Stegall and the clinical team to support patients undergoing comprehensive cancer treatment programs that combine conventional oncology with scientifically grounded integrative therapies. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, emotionally intelligent, highly organized, and passionate about supporting patients physically, emotionally, and holistically throughout the cancer journey. Clinical Patient Care Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and follow-up evaluations Support ongoing oncology and integrative medicine treatment plans under the direction of Dr. Stegall Review laboratory results, imaging, pathology reports, and prior oncology records Monitor patient progress, treatment response, symptoms, and side effects Assist in developing personalized care strategies focused on improving quality of life and treatment tolerance Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle interventions, and supportive therapies Coordinate care with outside oncologists, specialists, and healthcare providers Integrative Oncology Support Assist with the implementation and monitoring of integrative oncology protocols Support therapies focused on immune health, metabolic function, detoxification, lymphatic support, and symptom management Participate in patient care plans involving evidence-based complementary therapies integrated alongside conventional oncology care Reinforce TCFAM's philosophy of individualized, whole-person cancer care addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness Clinical Operations Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate closely with clinical staff, infusion staff, patient coordinators, and leadership Participate in case reviews and interdisciplinary discussions Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory guidelines Support continuity of care for local and nationwide patients Patient Experience & Communication Deliver compassionate, high-touch patient interactions Provide ethical, clear, and supportive communication regarding treatment plans and expectations Build trusted relationships with patients and families navigating complex cancer diagnoses Uphold the mission and culture of excellence established by Dr. Stegall and TCFAM Qualifications Required Active Georgia NP or PA license National certification as NP or PA Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Experience working in a collaborative physician-led environment Preferred Oncology, hematology/oncology, functional medicine, or integrative medicine experience Experience with infusion-based therapies or specialty medicine Familiarity with cancer care coordination and chronic disease management Passion for personalized and holistic patient care Interest in evidence-based integrative oncology About TCFAM is a nationally recognized integrative oncology practice founded by Dr. Jonathan Stegall.
