Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Remodel Crew Member to join our energetic team! This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and are passionate about transforming spaces through expert craftsmanship. As part of our remodeling crew, you will play a vital role in executing high-quality renovation projects, ensuring that each job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across various aspects of construction while contributing to beautiful, functional spaces for our clients. Duties Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing to prepare spaces for remodeling Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks such as cutting, sanding, and assembling materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other fixtures with precision and attention to detail Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and roofing as needed for project scope Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to safety standards and specifications Support heavy equipment operation and fabrication tasks required for specific remodeling projects Skills Proficiency with bluebeam software for digital blueprint review and markup (nice-to-have) Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Experience with construction inspection and adherence to safety protocols on-site Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry (including trim carpentry and frame carpentry), plastering, caulking, and restoration techniques Ability to read detailed schematics and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with concrete forming, masonry, hardscape installation, glass installation, door hanging, painting, tile laying, welding, flooring installation and other specialized trades Competence in operating heavy equipment safely when necessary for site preparation or material handling Join us if you're eager to build your career in the construction industry!
