Roofing Crew Needed Stormguard Roofing & Restoration LLC Decatur, GA Job Details Contract $1 - $9,999 a day 14 hours ago Qualifications Safety equipment Clean workspace maintenance Achieving project delivery timelines Asphalt shingle installation Full Job Description StormGuard Roofing & Restoration is seeking an experienced residential roofing crew to serve as a subcontractor for reroof projects throughout Metro Atlanta. This is NOT a position for individual roofers seeking employment. We are looking for established crews with their own team, transportation, equipment, and crew leadership.
Work Available:
Average of 8-10 reroof projects per month Residential asphalt shingle roof replacements Opportunity for long-term relationship with consistent project volume
Compensation:
$65 per square for standard slope roofs $70 per square for steep slope roofs (9/12 and above or roofs requiring 25-30 foot ladders) $50 labor per sheet for OSB replacement
Requirements:
Established roofing crew Crew leader who speaks English preferred Own tools, transportation, and safety equipment Ability to complete jobs professionally and on schedule Quality workmanship and job site cleanliness required Experience with residential shingle roofing systems
Payment Terms:
Paid upon completion of the project and final walkthrough No material draws or advances Payments issued by cashier's check Payment terms are non-negotiable
