Job Overview I am looking for a crew with at least 5 years of experience this is not a job i sub contract to established contractors. Join our dynamic construction team as a Siding Crew , where you'll play a vital role in transforming exteriors with expertly installed siding and related cladding materials. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors on diverse projects, utilizing your construction experience to deliver high-quality results. As part of our crew, you'll collaborate with skilled tradespeople to enhance building aesthetics and durability, all while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for craftsmanship, this is your chance to contribute to exciting renovation and new construction projects. Duties Install various types of siding including vinyl, fiber cement, metal, and stucco according to project specifications and blueprints Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to ensure precise installation Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently during siding installation Perform roofing repairs and assist with metal roofing or single-ply membrane roofing projects as needed Conduct heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocol adherence Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and masonry techniques to ensure seamless finishes and weatherproofing Follow construction safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and workplace safety regulations at all times Qualifications Proven construction experience with siding installation or related exterior finishing work Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and schematics Knowledge of construction estimating processes and safety protocols in the workplace Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and fabrication equipment Experience with roofing repair, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, stucco, tile laying, or masonry is a plus Outdoor work experience demonstrating resilience in varying weather conditions Ability to adhere strictly to construction safety harnesses, ladder use guidelines, and workplace safety regulations Handyman experience or background in remodeling, framing carpentry, or concrete forming is advantageous Join us to build durable exteriors that stand the test of time!
