Employment Type:

Full-Time Key Responsibilities:

Apply protective coatings and high-performance concretes / epoxy evenly and to specified thickness. Use spark testers to ensure monolithic coatings without defects. Finish concrete / epoxy surfaces smoothly at required thickness. Support and motivate crew members; assist the foreman with leadership duties. Manage job paperwork including timesheets and confined space entry forms. Lead the crew in the foreman's absence for limited duties. Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment. Refuel trucks and equipment if driving. Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in manhole or concrete rehabilitation, protective coatings, or similar field. Proficient with spray or trowel-applied coatings and lining systems. Strong knowledge of confined space entry protocols and OSHA regulations. Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willing to travel and work overtime as required.

Preferred:

OSHA 10 or 30 certification

Confined Space Awareness Work Environment:
