We are looking for a Service Technician! Have you worked in construction? Do you enjoy working with your hands? We are looking to add a qualified Service Technician to our team to help homeowners and builders with their questions and services that need to be corrected. We provide you with a service truck, gas card and power tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work outside repairing exteriors of new construction houses Responsible for accurate and professional servicing of all service tickets You will be an ambassador for our company - striving for 100% satisfaction Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player Timeliness is key - you will be expected to arrive "ready to work" according to your schedule Must possess your own hand tools (i.e. hammer, tape measure, level, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS

Self-starter who is not afraid to be assertive, take initiative and work independently Superior attention to detail Ability to talk to people, irate customers included Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation Candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Monday through Friday position 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience is a plus, but not required Ability to use a metal brake is a plus Must be able to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square preferred Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.) Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Possess reasoning ability enabling you to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions
