Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and reliable Commercial Roofers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Install new roofs on commercial buildings
• Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
• Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
• Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
• Install insulation and vapor barriers on roofs
• Apply waterproof coatings to protect roofs from moisture
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing. Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong physical condition and the ability to work at heights. Excellent problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license. OSHA certification is a plus.
