Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Roofer/Construction Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in building, repairing, and maintaining roofs and various structures. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in roofing, carpentry, and general construction. Duties Assist with roofing installation, repair, and maintenance using hand tools and power tools Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, safety barriers, and materials Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal sheets, or framing components Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and fastening materials Support framing, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and other related tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures Requirements Prior experience in construction sites with knowledge of roofing or general construction preferred Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Physical strength for heavy lifting and working at heights or on scaffolding Knowledge of construction estimating, fabrication, welding, tile laying, or restoration is a plus Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Valid work authorization; previous handyman experience or carpentry background is advantageous Join us to build your career in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact!
