Pay Starting at $25.00/hour No roofing experience required Position Overview As an Entry-Level Commercial Roofing Technician, you will work alongside experienced crews to install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems. This is a hands-on position that offers paid training, career advancement opportunities, and the chance to learn a valuable skilled trade. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, metal, and other roofing materials Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment Follow company safety policies and jobsite procedures at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area Support crew members with daily roofing operations as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of outdoor, labor-intensive work experience required (construction, landscaping, roofing, farming, agriculture, or similar fields) Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds on a regular basis Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
