Iowa RoofPros is looking for a dependable General Laborer / Roofing Assistant to join our growing team. No roofing experience is required. We're willing to teach the right person. What You'll Be Doing No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be helping with a roof repair. The next day you may be delivering materials, cleaning up a job site, assisting with inspections, helping organize inventory, or supporting one of our roofing crews. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't mind changing gears when priorities shift. What We're Looking For Positive attitude Strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry materials Ability to follow instructions Willingness to learn new skills Valid driver's license Ability to adapt when priorities change A Word About Flexibility Roofing isn't always predictable. Weather changes. Emergency repairs happen. Customers have urgent needs. Sometimes the plan for the day changes because a higher-priority issue needs attention.
