$16-22.00/ hour Iowa-Illinois Termite & Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Wildlife Exclusion Crew Member to join our growing team. Exclusion work focuses on preventing wildlife and pests from entering homes and buildings by repairing, sealing, and reinforcing structural entry points. This role is ideal for someone with a construction, carpentry, roofing, or handyman background who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and working in a variety of environments. Training in wildlife exclusion methods is provided. What You'll Do Perform wildlife and pest exclusion work to prevent entry and re-entry into structures Identify and seal structural entry points using appropriate materials and techniques Complete repairs to siding, soffit, fascia, trim, vents, flashing, and other building components Install exclusion materials such as metal, screening, flashing, sealants, and barriers Safely work on roofs, ladders, and elevated surfaces Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, under houses and mobile homes Remove damaged materials related to wildlife or pest activity when required Follow job specifications, safety procedures, and company standards Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites Communicate clearly with supervisors and document completed work as needed Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Regular climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, and crawling Comfortable working in confined, dusty, dirty, or tight spaces Ability to work at heights and in enclosed areas Must be physically capable of manual labor throughout the workday Qualifications Construction, carpentry, roofing, or handyman experience required Ability to use basic hand and power tools Willingness to learn wildlife exclusion techniques (training provided) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, safety-minded, and reliable Training & Growth On-the-job training provided Opportunity to expand skills in construction, pest control, and wildlife prevention Advancement opportunities for strong performers How to Apply Apply through Indeed or contact us directly at 563-386-3898 or support@iailtermite.biz for more information.
