Our roofing division specializes in large-scale commercial installations, working with a variety of flat and low-slope roofing systems.

Position Summary:

The Commercial Roofer is responsible for performing tear-offs and installing new roofing systems on commercial and industrial buildings. This is a hands-on construction role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tear-off and removal of existing commercial roofing materials. Install new TPO, EPDM, and PVC membrane roofing systems according to specifications. Assist in installing insulation, cover boards, and sheet metal flashing as needed. Operate roofing tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times. Work effectively as part of a crew under the direction of a foreman or project supervisor. Load, unload, and organize roofing materials and supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous commercial roofing experience preferred , especially with single-ply systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights. Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Must pass pre-employment screening.

Preferred Skills:

Experience using hand and power tools for roofing applications. Familiarity with insulation and membrane installation techniques. OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain).
