Job Description
Overview We are seeking Commercial Roofers to join our team. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork. As a Commercial Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Install and repair commercial roofing systems using various materials such as shingles, metal, and membrane. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on roofs to identify potential issues. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for roofing tasks. Collaborate with team members on construction projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Conduct heavy lifting as required during the installation process. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Assist in concrete forming, masonry work, and other related construction tasks as needed. Apply caulking and perform trim carpentry to ensure proper sealing and finishing of roofs. Experience Familiarity with construction estimating techniques is a plus. Hands-on experience with carpentry, metal stud framing, plumbing, welding, tile laying, and restoration projects is desirable. Previous experience on construction sites is necessary for understanding safety protocols and procedures. A background in maintenance person services or remodeling can be beneficial for this role.
