$60,000-75,000 About the Job We are looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Foreman to lead residential remodel and repair projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on position for someone who can lead a crew, keep jobs moving, maintain quality, solve problems in the field, and communicate professionally with homeowners. The right person is dependable, organized, experienced in residential construction, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a remodeling/repair crew Coordinate daily jobsite activities and keep projects on schedule Read plans, measurements, scopes of work, and project instructions Perform and oversee residential remodeling and repair work Coordinate subcontractors and other trades as needed Identify problems in the field and find practical solutions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain job progress Make sure work meets company quality standards Track materials and notify management of material needs Help estimate labor/material needs when requested Take jobsite photos and provide updates to management Train and hold crew members accountable for quality and productivity We Are Looking For Someone Who Has 3+ years of residential remodeling/construction experience Has previous experience leading a crew or running jobs Can perform hands-on carpentry and general remodeling work Understands framing, drywall, trim, doors, flooring, painting, and general residential repairs Can read measurements and construction plans Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Is dependable and shows up ready to work Can communicate clearly with homeowners, employees, subcontractors, and management Takes ownership of the job instead of waiting to be told what to do Pays attention to details and takes pride in workmanshipBonus:
