You'll work alongside fellow crew members on the layout, installation, and cleanup of residential and commercial properties. We're looking for self-starters who take pride in their work, lead by example, and bring a strong attention to detail to every job site. Responsibilities Assist in the layout, installation, and cleanup of landscape construction projects at residential and commercial properties Perform hardscaping tasks and operate power tools safely and efficiently Complete work tickets accurately and on time Maintain and care for company trucks, tools, and equipment Follow all company safety protocols at all times Adapt to occasional last-minute schedule changes due to weather conditions Requirements Valid driver's license Experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, and power tool operation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors consistently in both hot and cold temperatures Available Monday-Friday with flexibility for weather-related schedule changes Strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and attention to detail General plant knowledge is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Pay and benefits are negotiable based on experience.
