Job Summary We are seeking skilled siding installers to join our dynamic construction team! In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing various types of exterior siding materials on residential and commercial buildings. Your craftsmanship will help enhance the durability, energy efficiency, and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties. Duties Measure, cut, and install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal with accuracy and attention to detail Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and applying necessary primers or sealants to ensure optimal adhesion Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete siding projects on time and within specifications Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project requirements and installation procedures Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a smooth workflow on-site Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards Requirements Proven experience in siding installation or related construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, or remodeling Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and building codes Familiarity with other construction disciplines including masonry, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, plumbing, or stucco is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when necessary Prior experience working on construction sites with exposure to restoration or renovation projects Excellent problem-solving skills combined with handyman experience for versatile site support Join our team as a skilled siding installer where your expertise will directly contribute to creating beautiful, resilient exteriors!
