We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and a professional work environment. Job Summary We're hiring a Basement Crew Member to assist with basement installation projects. This is an entry-level position supporting the installation team with prep, setup, and finishing tasks. No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist with basement installation tasks , including material handling and site preparation. Help with job-site setup and cleanup , ensuring a safe and organized work area. Safely use basic hand and power tools under supervision. Apply sealants and insulation as directed for proper fit and finish. Lift and move heavy materials safely; assist with loading/unloading. Yard organization and clean up Follow OSHA and company safety policies and wear PPE at all times. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors. Qualifications No prior experience required—but would prefer some construction experience- training provided. Able to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders. Valid driver's license required. Positive attitude and reliability. Commitment to a drug-free workplace .
