Job Description

On-Demand Roofer Needed for Rehab Work ABK Properties is looking for an experienced on-demand roofer to help with roofing repairs and rehab projects on rental properties and renovation jobs. This is as-needed work , ideal for someone who is reliable, experienced, and able to handle roofing repairs without constant supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

Install and repair shingles, tar paper/underlayment, flashing, and roof panels Locate and repair roof leaks Perform minor roof repairs and maintenance Assist with roof replacements and rehab projects Remove damaged roofing materials when needed Keep work areas clean before and after the job Complete work safely, professionally, and on schedule

Requirements:

Must have roofing experience Must have your own tools Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work on an on-demand/as-needed basis Must be comfortable working on ladders and roofs Must be able to safely operate power tools and roofing equipment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license preferred

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable and shows up when scheduled Can work independently Takes pride in quality work Able to handle small repairs, leaks, and larger rehab roofing jobs Available for projects in the local area as needed Please respond with your roofing experience, availability, location, and whether you have your own tools and transportation.

Pay:
