In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters that protect homes and commercial buildings from water damage. Your expertise will ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills in construction and fabrication, and contribute to the safety and durability of our clients' properties. Duties Measure, cut, and assemble seamless gutter systems using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fit and function Install gutters securely on various building types, ensuring proper slope for optimal water flow Use schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately position hangers, brackets, downspouts, and other components Perform site inspections to verify measurements, assess site conditions, and ensure adherence to safety protocols Operate heavy equipment when necessary for lifting or moving materials around the job site Apply caulking, sealants, and other finishing techniques to ensure leak-proof installations Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to meet company standards and client expectations Skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to gutter installation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately Experience with construction site safety procedures and inspection protocols Knowledge of related trades such as roofing, carpentry (trim carpentry, frame carpentry), masonry, or plumbing is a plus Strong understanding of construction materials including aluminum, steel, vinyl, and related fabrication techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components accurately Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Must have a valid drive's license. Experience with operating a vehicle with an enclosed trailer. Ability to skillfully perform a gutter machine change out from 5 to 6 inches.
