This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the trade, can solve problems in the field, and owns the details from measure to install. What You'll Be Doing Take 2nd measurements for window, siding, and door jobs Build accurate material lists so crews have what they need Pick up and drop off materials when needed Be a go-to person for customer questions on-site Handle and document change orders Make sure jobs are ready and installs stay on track What We're Looking For 3 + years of experience Knows how to measure right the first time Solid understanding of materials, installs, and job flow Can talk to homeowners and crews without issues Dependable, organized, and works without being micromanaged Valid driver's license What We Offer Company vehicle provided for travel to and from job sites PTO Competitive pay Family-owned company that respects experience and hard work 401K Health Insurance Interested?
