Duties Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, single-ply membranes, and tile roofing with precision and attention to detail Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, fastening, sealing, and fabrication tasks Conduct roofing inspections to identify issues such as leaks or damage and perform necessary repairs or restoration Safely operate ladders and construction safety harnesses while adhering to all workplace safety regulations Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles in outdoor environments Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and durability of roofing structures Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing or related trades Knowledge of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, and adherence to construction workplace safety regulations Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment for roofing tasks Experience with roofing repair, restoration projects, or single-ply membrane systems preferred Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is essential Strong understanding of construction safety protocol adherence Additional skills such as tile laying, caulking, concrete forming, handyman experience or metal roofing are advantageous Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and safety!
