Position Summary The Synthetic Turf Installer is responsible for supporting the installation of synthetic turf systems and other athletic surfaces. This role involves physically demanding, hands-on work in outdoor environments and requires a high level of reliability, teamwork, and willingness to travel extensively. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation of synthetic turf, running tracks, and indoor sports flooring systems Perform site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks Measure, cut, seam, and secure turf materials to project specifications Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety protocols and project requirements Work collaboratively with crew members and project leadership to meet deadlines Qualifications Prior construction, flooring, or turf installation experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in outdoor conditions Willingness to travel frequently and stay out of town for extended periods Valid driver's license required Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen Travel & Work Conditions Frequent and extended travel required; majority of projects located throughout the Midwest U.S. Company-paid hotel accommodations provided $20/day per diem provided Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and around construction equipment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($20•45/hour) Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment Paid holidays and paid time off 401(k) eligibility effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment, with immediate vesting
