Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on a variety of commercial and residential structures. Your expertise will ensure that roofs are durable, weather-resistant, and meet safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize advanced tools and techniques, and contribute to high-quality building solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities Install new roofing systems using a variety of materials including shingles, metal, flat roofs, and specialty products Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs to extend their lifespan and improve performance Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure precise installation Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on construction sites Conduct inspections to verify roof integrity, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients to coordinate work schedules and project timelines Apply caulking, flashing, trim carpentry, stucco finishes, and other related tasks to complete roofing projects professionally Qualifications Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, or related construction fields with a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes Ability to operate hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, chisels as well as power tools like drills and saws safely Knowledge of construction management principles including site safety protocols and inspection standards Experience with related trades such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or framing is a plus Strong physical stamina for working at heights, lifting heavy materials, and performing manual labor in various weather conditions
Pay:
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
