Skilled Commercial Roofing Laborers Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available The Roof Squad is growing and is looking to hire experienced Skilled Commercial Roofing Laborers for new construction commercial roofing projects . We install TPO, EPDM, and asphalt shingle roofing systems on commercial properties, including condominiums, apartment complexes, hotels, and other multi-family and commercial buildings . Pay $22.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience. Position Overview We are seeking dependable roofing professionals to install commercial roofing systems on new construction projects. This position is for new construction only—no tear-offs or repair work. Requirements Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience Experience installing TPO, EPDM, and/or asphalt shingle roofing systems OSHA 10 Certification (Required) Must provide your own hand roofing tools Reliable transportation Ability to work safely at heights and lift roofing materials Strong work ethic with attention to detail Dependable and punctual Responsibilities Install TPO, EPDM, and asphalt shingle roofing systems on new construction commercial projects Work on condominiums, apartment complexes, hotels, and other commercial buildings Read and follow construction plans and specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards Work efficiently with a professional crew to complete projects on schedule What We Offer Full-Time & Part-Time positions available $22.00-$31.00 per hour , based on experience Consistent commercial new construction work Opportunities for advancement Positive team environment Immediate openings Apply Today!
