Roofing and Siding Installers - Full-Time Experienced Roofing & Siding Installers Eenigenburg Exteriors is seeking experienced Roofing and Siding Installers to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, skilled individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and want steady opportunities with an established, family-owned exterior remodeling company. We hope to hire multiple qualified individuals with experience in roofing, siding, or both. We have year round work. Pay is negotiable.

Responsibilities:

Install residential roofing and siding systems according to manufacturer specifications Install underlayment, flashing, ventilation, trim, soffit, and fascia as needed Properly protect customers' homes and landscaping Follow company safety and quality standards Maintain an organized and clean jobsite Work effectively with project managers and other crew members Complete installations efficiently without sacrificing quality

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of roofing and/or siding installation experience Knowledge of proper installation methods and manufacturer requirements Ability to safely use ladders, tools, and construction equipment Comfortable working at heights and outdoors Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Experience installing specialty siding products is a plus

Pay & Benefits:

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM Occasional Saturday work (only when needed) We value work-life balance and keep weekend demands to a minimum

What You Bring:

3- 5+ years of experience in roofing or siding Valid Indiana driver's license Ability to lift up to 70 lbs , work at various roof pitches, and perform physical tasks throughout the day Strong customer communication and diagnostic skills Reliability and willingness to work longer days in summer ( daylight) Bilingual a plus Why Work With Us?
