This is a hands-on position with a wide variety of responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping a community looking its best.

Key Responsibilities:

Tear off old shingles Carrying bundles up a ladder, place bundles accordingly Replacing rotted decking, boots, vents and stacks, replace flashing Be able to make decisions on replacing and fixing issues accordingly Put down underlayment and new shingles in a timely and professional manner Pull and back up a trailer Clean up messes from shingles and nails Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively Support other maintenance and community improvement projects as assigned Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50 lbs Valid driver's license required Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks Experience with mowers, power tools, and general maintenance is preferred
